To protect the integrity of our work together and ensure you get the best possible support, I follow strict professional guidelines:
I provide either therapy OR coaching, never both to the same person. This ensures our relationship stays clear, focused, and effective.
All services are available to Texas residents only. Due to licensing laws and professional ethics, I can only work with clients who reside in Texas at the time of service.
I can either be your therapist or your coach…for eternity. You can’t transition from one service to the other with me, but I am more than happy to provide referrals with a list of trusted providers.
These boundaries are protections that allow me to provide you the highest level of care and clarity.

No. Providing both services to the same person would create a dual relationship, which violates ethical guidelines and could compromise the quality of our work together. I am, however, happy to be your therapist OR your coach!

No. While coaching is not therapy, I do adhere to the ethical standards of my license as a therapist, which restrict me from providing any services to clients outside of Texas. This ensures I'm operating within legal and professional boundaries.

No. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It's designed to help you create strategies, build confidence, and take action toward your goals. If you're experiencing mental health symptoms, therapy is the appropriate choice.

We can absolutely discuss transitioning between services if your needs change. However, we cannot provide both simultaneously. We'd need to formally close one service before beginning the other.

Therapy can be short or long-term (several months to a year or more), depending on your mental health needs and goals.
Coaching can be shorter-term (3–6 months) or ongoing, depending on what you're working toward and the level of accountability you need.
