I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and the founder of Healing Her Confidence Counseling, a private pay therapy practice built for women who are ready to invest in therapy that allows the space and time for deep healing.

I know what it’s like to look successful on paper while feeling quietly disconnected from yourself. That experience, and the journey back to wholeness, is what brought me to this work. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. My style in session is warm, direct, and genuinely invested. I’m not here to hand you a worksheet. I’m here to do the real work with you.
