Weekly therapy is valuable. But sometimes, you need more than an hour can hold.

Maybe you’ve been in therapy for a while and feel like you’re always catching up instead of going deeper. Maybe your schedule makes weekly commitments hard to sustain. Maybe you’re standing at the edge of a breakthrough and you can feel it; you just need the space to actually get there.

Instead of 60 minutes that starts just as you’re warming up, an individual intensive is an extended, immersive block of time dedicated entirely to you and your goals. We skip the warm-up and go straight to the work, staying in it long enough for something to actually shift.

What’s Included

Half-Day Intensive — 4 Hours

  • 4.5 hours via SimplePractice, with one 30-minute break or two 15-minute breaks.

  • Individual intake forms for each partner sent prior to session — required before booking is confirmed.

  • Fully individualized — clinically tailored to your presenting concerns and goals.

  • Focus areas are tailored to client’s needs and goals. Common focus areas include: anxiety, depression, self-worth, boundaries, relationship patterns, identity, life transitions, confidence

  • Couples Action Plan with communication tools and frameworks delivered within 48 hours

  • One 20-minute check-in call within 14 days

  • Fully virtual via SimplePractice, HIPAA-compliant telehealth

  • Tuesdays, Satrudays, and select Sundays. (2 slots per month)

How It Works

Before Your Intensive

Once your session is booked and your deposit is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-session intake questionnaire and goals assessment. This is your opportunity to share what you’re carrying, what you’re hoping for, and what you most want to move through. Your responses shape everything about how we use our time together.

During Your Intensive

We spend four and a half hours together via SimplePractice, with one or two short breaks built in so you can breathe, integrate, and come back ready to go deeper. We follow what you bring and go where the work calls us.

After Your Intensive

Within 48 hours of your session, you’ll receive an action plan. This is a written summary of what we explored, key insights from our time together, between-session reflection prompts, and recommended next steps, so the work doesn’t stop when the session does.

You’ll also have a 20-minute check-in call within 14 days to see how you’re integrating and what’s shifted.
